Protect Our Paths is dedicated to keeping South Africa’s public spaces clean and waste-free. Through our custodianship program, we empower individuals from low-income backgrounds to remove litter from beaches, trails, and public areas while educating communities on sustainable waste management.
By partnering with like-minded organizations and mobilizing support, we work towards a cleaner, greener future for all. Together, we can protect and restore the paths that connect us to nature.
Custodian Locations
Protect Our Paths Foundation supports 6 Custodians across 4 different locations & has ambitious goals to scale our custodian program to sensitive areas across the country, uplifting the people who need it most.
